Silicon Valley Reads 2024 and SCCLD Teen Services Librarians are proud to present: An Author Talk with Ellen Hagan! Ellen Hagan will be joining us for an author panel to discuss her book, Don't Call Me a Hurricane on March 20th at 5:00pm.
Told in verse, Don't Call Me a Hurricane is the story of seventeen-year-old Eliza, an environmental activist, who is navigating the after-effects of a hurricane that devastated her coastal town while falling for Milo, a rich tourist who is at the center of a redevelopment that could put her community in danger--again. Join us as we speak with the author about the creation and development of this novel!
