Teleconference Guidelines for JPA Board Meetings and JPA Committee Meetings
Pursuant to the provisions of California Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, issued on March 17, 2020, meetings of the JPA Board, Finance Committee and Board Policy Committees will be held by virtual teleconference only. No physical location will be available for the teleconference meeting; however, members of the public will be able to participate in the meeting as noted below.
Members of the Public may provide public comments to teleconference meetings as follows:
Written public comments may be submitted by email to email@example.com. Written comments will be distributed to the Board as quickly as possible and may take up to 24 hours to be posted to the agenda on the Library’s website.
Spoken public comments will be accepted through the virtual teleconference meeting. To address the Board, click on the link below to access a Zoom-based meeting.
Please read the following instructions carefully.
- We request that you identify yourself by name as this will be visible online and will be used to notify you that it is your turn to speak.
- When the Chair calls for the item on which you wish to speak, click on “raise hand” in the participants window. The Clerk will activate and unmute speakers in turn. Speakers will be notified shortly before they are called to speak.
- When called, please limit your remarks to the time limit of 3 minutes.

JPA Meeting Schedule
The Santa Clara County Library District Joint Powers Authority (JPA) Board meets minimally four times each year. Special meetings may be called from time to time by the JPA Board.
All meetings are held at Library Services & Support Center, 1370 Dell Avenue, Campbell, CA 95008 (as of 11/12/2013).
Minutes will not be posted until approved. Minutes are approved at the following meeting. Therefore, for example, minutes taken at a June meeting will not be approved until the next meeting, possibly in October.
JPA Finance Committee Meeting Schedule
