Treehouse: Learn Coding, Web Development, and More! Library Card Required.

Treehouse is an online video and interactive learning platform that teaches coding and web development skills. Topics include HTML, CSS, Design, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, WordPress, iOS, Android, Business, and Development Tools. SCCLD patrons are welcome to register for a free account*. 

New users and returning members who need to reactivate, complete this web form first. Recordings of Treehouse Live, another service from Treehouse, is available for anyone on YouTube.

*There are a limited number of Treehouse seats available. SCCLD may deactivate accounts that show no activity for longer than 2 months as well as delete enrollment invitations that have not been accepted. You are welcome to re-enroll. Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
