After reviewing the Program Policy, please fill out the following application. Turn in the form to request that the library sponsor your event, to be held at the library.

For authors whose works are not already in the library district’s collection, please also complete the Authors: Suggest Your Book form.

We receive a high number of applications. Therefore, we may only contact you if we are interested in partnering with you on a future event. Submitted applications will be kept on file for one year, after which time applicants may reapply. Thank you for your interest in library-sponsored events.
