As a registered vendor, you will become part of the Library's vendor database giving your company visibility. If you supply an email address during the BidSync registration process, you will receive notifications for commodities and services for which you are registered when the Library posts a solicitation. An important part of the BidSync registration process is selecting the appropriate NIGP (National Institute of Governmental Purchasing) commodity codes for the products or services your company offers.
