In-Person ESL Classes Will Start Again in April 2022
SCCLD is excited to announce that our in-person ESL classes will start again in April 2022. The 8-week classes will run from mid-April to mid-June at various libraries and at varying experience levels.
- Beginning class - Gilroy Library - 350 West Sixth St. - Mondays and Wednesdays, April 18th to June 8th - 6:00pm-8:00pm
- Intermediate class - Milpitas Library - 160 North Main St. - Mondays and Wednesdays, April 25th to June 15th - 6:00pm-8:00pm
- Advanced class - Saratoga Library - 13650 Saratoga Ave. - Mondays and Wednesdays, April 18th to June 8th - 10:00am-12:00pm.
- Advanced-plus class - Cupertino Library - 10800 Torre Ave. - Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 19th to June 9th - 2:00pm-4:00pm.
All participants must live within the Santa Clara County Library District and must complete an examination prior to the class to determine which level class is appropriate for them. Pre-testing will begin in March. A final examination will be held at the end of each series of classes to determine how well the students' English skills have improved. Space is limited.
