The SCCLD Battle of the Bands is Back for 2023 and Better Than Ever!
We have two divisions competing in the SCCLD Battle of the Bands 2023!
Teens, 13 - 18 years old and Adults 18+
We want your band to rock it out at the Santa Clara County Library District’s Battle of the Bands!
Get your group together, submit an online application showcasing your musical chops, gain great exposure for your band, and win some awesome prizes in the process. Each division will be judged and awarded in separate groups and for each division there will be the following prizes.
GRAND PRIZE: $500SECOND PLACE: $300THIRD PLACE: $200
How to Enter:
To enter, submit the following by June 30, 2023:

- Band name
- Contact name, phone number and email
- Band member names and ages
- Short description of the band for the contest webpage
- A public YouTube link to one song performed by the band
SCCLD'S Battle of the Bands Official Rules
Once the application deadline closes on June 30, (Date for submission has been updated to June 30th!) people can vote online for their favorite band. The 3 bands in each division receiving the most votes will compete for prizes at the live concert at Milpitas Library on Saturday, July 22nd, 2023. Each Finalist will perform a 20 minute set in front of a live audience and judging panel. So tell your friends and family to vote!
