The Library disposes of surplus property that is no longer required. If the property is gently used but not identified for use by another location within the County library system, it is made available for donation to County schools or other local non-profit agencies or for sale to the general public. This is done in accordance with California Government Code 25504 and the JPA Procurement Policy, Section 39, Disposal of Property no longer needed.
