2026 Summer Reading Bookmark Contest

For Ages 12-18 Only

Design a bookmark with the theme: "Plant a Seed, Read." Multiple winners selected from all entries! All winning bookmarks will be reproduced and distributed in the libraries. Your name will be on the bookmark, giving you full recognition.

Rules

1. Download and print the bookmark contest form, opens a new window.
2. One entry per person.
3. Contact information at the bottom of the form must be readable and completely filled in.
4. Bookmark must not exceed size of the space provided.
5. Submit printed form to your library's reference desk, or scan it and submit it online in the form below.
6. Deadline to submit is July 31. Winners will be notified by August 31.
7. Participants must submit work that is theirs and theirs only. Any use of AI or evidence of plagiarism will not be permitted.

All entries become the property of Santa Clara County Library District and may be reproduced for public distribution, displayed in the library, and posted to the library's website. Entries will not be returned. SCCLD may use each winner's name, design, and photograph for publicity purposes.
