The Distinguished Author Series Returns This Fall with Captivating Voices

Three-Part In-Person Series Begins on
Wednesday, September 14

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CALIF. – The Santa Clara County Library District (SCCLD) is proud to announce the third annual Distinguished Author Series starts in September. SCCLD welcomes three writers whose works spark thought-provoking ideas and conversations about topics ranging from the future of tech, to the connections between health, food and agriculture, to the works of a genre-jumping, bestselling author. Each of these barrier-breaking authors comes from a different and diverse background, with stories that will captivate and inspire.

“We are happy to offer the Distinguished Author Series in-person this year,” said County Librarian Jennifer Weeks. “We hope this year’s three very different and dynamic authors will encourage our community members to join us in the conversation around interesting and important topics. It’s a unique opportunity to gain insight into what inspires these writers to create some magical and meaningful works.”
