National Preparedness Month @SCCLD

National Preparedness Month  is an observance each September to raise awareness about the importance of preparing for disasters and emergencies that could happen at any time. And as we have seen over the last few years with the ongoing drought, water conservation and wildfire prevention have both become emergencies California residents need to be prepared for. But where to begin? This Visual Checklist for Your Disaster Supply Kit created by the Red Cross is a good place to start!
