It’s Almost Time for Summer Reading!

Get ready for a summer of reading and growing with Santa Clara County Library District’s Summer Reading Program: “Plant a Seed, Read.” From June 1st to July 31st, we're inviting readers of all ages – kids, teens, and adults – to grow a love of reading this summer and explore the magic and wonder of the natural world!

The Summer Reading program will run from June 1to July 31, but you can pre-register for the challenge today! You can sign up and track your books with Beanstack online, opens a new window or download the free Beanstack App. We are challenging you to read 5 books and complete 1 activity this summer! Once you accomplish this goal, you can pick up a finishing prize at your local SCCLD library August 1-31 while supplies last. *
