Here at the Santa Clara County Library District, we're thrilled to embrace this month-long celebration and invite you to join us in exploring the rich tapestry of poetry.
A highlight of our National Poetry Month festivities is the invaluable presence of our Santa Clara County Poet Laureate, the incredibly talented Yosimar Reyes. Throughout April, Yosimar will be sharing his expertise and passion through a series of three engaging Poetry Writing Workshops held across the county. This is a unique opportunity to learn from a celebrated poet whose work resonates deeply with themes of identity, community, and social justice. Whether you're a seasoned writer or just beginning to explore the world of poetry, these workshops offer a supportive and inspiring environment to unlock your creative potential and discover the power of your own voice.
