You did it! You read, explored, imagined, and grew your way through the summer! We challenged you to read 5 books and complete 1 activity this summer. This year, we had almost 15,000 readers enroll in the challenge, and as a community you've read over 60,000 books! Your reading journey deserves to be celebrated. It’s time to collect your well-earned rewards!
How to Claim Your Completion Prize:
- Visit the SCCLD location that you selected when you registered for Summer Reading.
- Let a library staff member know that you completed the challenge.
- Pick up your prize and celebrate your accomplishment!
Prizes are available August 1-31 while supplies last. Don’t miss your chance to pick yours up before the summer ends!
Keep an eye on your email as well, because we also have some Summer Reading Drawings coming to an end! If your name is selected for a prize, you will be notified by Tuesday, August 4th. You will have until Friday, August 7th to reply to the email if you want to claim your prize.
Just because summer is over doesn’t mean the library fun has to end! We still have programs for all ages happening throughout the year. New releases in our physical and e-collections, and curated reading lists for kids, teens, and adults!
