Celebrate Library Card Sign-Up Month with Limited Edition San Jose Sharks Library Cards

Every September, National Library Card Sign-Up Month is celebrated at libraries nationwide. The Santa Clara County Library District wants to make sure every child, teen and adult has their very own library card. The library cards feature the San Jose Sharks brand new Turn it All Teal designs. These cards are available now at all SCCLD libraries and the Bookmobile. Existing patrons can update their account with these limited edition designs. A free SCCLD library card is valid at all SCCLD libraries, the Bookmobile and Online Library.

Five of our libraries are also Passport Acceptance Facilities. We have Community Outreach Specialists on staff, to help connect residents to much-needed social services and resources for food, housing, medical, legal, and job assistance.

Do you know someone who needs a library card? Find SCCLD library card applications online or stop by any of our libraries

Kids and families are invited to celebrate this partnership with us at Cupertino Library on Tuesday, September 8 at 4 p.m. for a special storytime event.
