Taking Care of You: Anxiety 101

Although every year presents its own unique set of challenges and circumstances, there is no doubt that 2020 has been hard on all of us. SCCLD and the Teen Services team want to help you make your mental health a priority by providing you with opportunities to check in with yourself and your mental state. We have collaborated with organizations from across Santa Clara County to present a series of videos for you, all regarding topics related to mental health.

This week, we are joined by Eramelisse de Castro, a Health Educator and Mental Health Trainer, who discusses the basics of anxiety, including: what it is, what it looks like, causes, coping mechanisms, and when and where to seek help.
