The Coronavirus Covid19 is hitting people hard, some more than others. Unemployment is up and people are struggling in different ways. It is hard to stay positive when there are so many changes, and so much instability.
On the brighter side, there are many organizations out there stepping up to help. Santa Clara County's Office of Cultural Competency has compiled a massive list of resources that are helping out.
Do you need Food? Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties is here to help.
Need help with PG&E bills? Check out PG&E's one time assistance page or their long-term assistance page.
Santa Clara County's Office of Cultural Competency has created such an amazing and thorough resource list covering so many different needs. I highly recommend looking at it. One of the most helpful being a list of resources for seniors (in this case 60+) of which stores are open at special times for senior shopping, in which they can take advantage of less busy shopping times and minimal wait.
Take care of yourselves, take care of others.
