Library Meditation Programs
Santa Clara County Library District is now offering Headspace Virtual Meditation every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm, through June 30, 2020. Please be sure to register online for each session and you will be sent the link to join us on Zoom prior to each meeting.

Headspace: meditation made simple - an app designed for busy, modern lives to learn the essentials of meditation and mindfulness in just a few minutes a day. The app offers hundreds of guided meditations on a variety of topics - from stress and sleep, to focus and performance.
