Improve Your Sleep Quality and Quantity

Many of us have experienced disruptions to our sleep during COVID-19 and sheltering in place. We have had changes to our work routines, our child care routines, our recreation routines, our recreational activities, and social activities. We've been stressed over employment concerns, health concerns, and family concerns. All of this can lead to disruptions in our sleep patterns and quality. We may be sleeping at odd times or not getting enough sleep at all.

SCCLD will be hosting the program Shut Up and Sleep!, by Dr. Anil Rama, faculty at the Stanford University Center for Sleep Sciences and Medicine. Dr. Rama will provide an interesting and hilarious talk that brings up thought provoking concepts about how we breathe and how it shapes our faces and subsequent lives. Audience members will enjoy better sleep and health. This program will take place Saturday, July 11th from 3:00-4:00pm. Please register for this program HERE.
