When stuck indoors, sometimes the best way to live is vicariously, and some of the best stories can be found in the lives of real-life individuals.  If you haven’t already, go ahead and explore the library’s Biography database provided by Gale in Context.

Did you know that Katherine Johnson (right), one of the stars of the hit book and film Hidden Figures, not only was instrumental in the effort to land a man on the moon, but also helped bring the ill-fated Apollo-13 mission safely back home a few years later?  This is just one of the many fascinating stories you will find.
