Santa Clara County’s Office of Education and Santa Clara County Library are partnering to make sure every child has a strong foundation in early learning. Along with school districts and other early learning partners, we are participating in the Office of Education’s Steps for Success Campaign, which aims to increase enrollment in publicly funded Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten, and Kindergarten programs.
