The Online Library 24/7 is a gateway to discovery of the multitude of online resources that are available with your free Santa Clara County Library District card. A variety of Subjects allow for our users to delve deeply into finding their next great read, researching the latest scientific topic or find out ways to fix the noise in your car engine. We are proud to announce our redesign of these pages that better highlights the variety of resources available to our community.
Some new items to highlight:
- Navigation has been added to the top of the Subject pages to allow quick access to areas of interest. If you prefer finding resources alphabetically, they are still available within the A-Z button on the left side of the navigation bar. In addition, we have an easy to find Help button to help you call, email or online chat with your local librarian.
- The Online Library Subject areas have moved to prominently display pictures to help users identify resources and short, concise descriptions to point users in the right direction for their online needs.
- Users will also see a new area to allow for a continued use of our eMaterials available. This list pulls from the newest materials available on our catalog in a variety of different areas like eBooks, Audiobooks and eVideos.
- Finally, we have revamped the help area at the bottom of each page to create consistency and ease of access.
